IT FREAKING SNOW!!! -11 degree Celsius.. CAN U FREAKING BELIEVE IT?!!

n then a miracle happened too..
I FREAKING WAITED 1 HOUR N 15 MINUTES FOR BUS AT CAMPUS RIGHT AFTER GYM AT NIGHT TILL 10pm.!
(Y miracle? coz this was the first time I waited this long in 3 years! hahaha.. y miracle? coz 5 buses in a row going to the same place but not where i wanna go.. = = wtf happened to the drivers n the system?? how could u let a fragile starving body and exhausted soul like mine suffer in this unpleasant cold?! hahaha)
friend kept swearing "FML" after we waited that long... then we saw some people dressed up coming down frm other buses..maybe got party going around the campus I assumed.. then sexy ladies walking pass us.. n I asked him to look.. LOL...n I said "now that's "FML".." xD

Busy week over...
having some free time on hand..
so.. this weekend.. I juz wasted it on getting back my sleep...n recharge for abit..finals coming..pfft..
the day was smooth n good before I re-listened to Jay Chou's slow songs.. = = then got all moody.. n felt bad.. zzZ lol.. some of his songs can get really emotional when u have nothing to do.. HAHA...

continued my boring pokemon game... forgot what was my mission...forgot which gym I was supposed to go.. so i wandered around in the safari simply throwing safari balls at random pokemons juz to waste my time.. hahaha...
n suddenly came up wif  10 big reasons why pokemon is a good game for ur children:
LOL..
1) it teaches them to be persistent... gym battles are tough... never give up.. keep fighting till u get ur badge..haha...
2) Before any big showdown... train hard first... make sure u r fully ready to take the quest.. haha...
3) Things don't always happen like how u want them to be... like how u wanted to catch a rare pokemon n u juz couldn't get them...n hav to search for a long time.. lol...
4) If u want to be the best... u have to be better than the best person around first...Hahaha.... like how u hav to fight the elite four n at d end kick the champion's ass to be the new champion.. xD
5) In order to get a 100%  success rate in any battle... u have to do some research... find out the opponent's weakness... like how u google to see what pokemons ur opponent using n find their weakness..LOL..
6) It is always important to equip urself wif new skills...knowledge.. haha... like how the new version of pokemon game doesn't has certain legendary pokemons..u might want to transfer them from any of ur old games.. hahah... so..juz catch any pokemon u found useful..coz u never know when they will come in handy... same goes to leaning new knowledge...skills..in real life..HAHAHA
7) Always think before u act.. like how u hav to save the game first before u take on any gym.. in case u lost.... saving beforehand is always good.. lol..although in real life there is nothing such as SAVE button.. therefore.. before u do anything.. use ur brain first.. hahaha
8) Know when to give up... Juz like how u know u cannot beat certain gym leaders... u juz go back n train harder.. lol...
9) See everyone equally... everyone has their own talents... never discriminate..  juz like..there is no one pokemon which is the best n has no weakness... lol...
10) Your monkeys won't be jumping around at home n making so much noise since this game will take quite abit of their time.. LOL..
finally.. of course this game contains no violence...so it is appropriate for children to play.. lololol...

n also... kids who attends school n has piles of homework are not encouraged to waste their time on games.. HAHAHAHA.....

n as expected... she had a score so low...dat I knew dis course will turn bad..

Honestly I really hate drawing.. coz some parts in my brain juz cannot link what I saw by eyes to what I draw by hands.. there must had been some brain damage I suffered.. lol..

I LOVE Badminton so much that I could play for 4 hours non-stop.. lol

Performed two newly learnt jump smash today.. but meh..amateur level.. Lol.. the basic smash was ok enough liao.. a lot of net play today..n it was so challenging..n FUN! I think the most satisfying one is when u won by any kind of net kill or shots instead of smashing coz u juz win effortlessly n leave the opponent dumbfounded hahaha.... 

There was this time when I first played quite good in doubles games..n then there were these two ladies joined us n I didn't play as well coz ya..u know.. 放水 abit la..u cannot smash so hard lol.. n my partner was like.. r u ok? xD

ya..blame it on the gym lousy racquet for the inconsistency... hahaha... xP

After very intense rallies wif a new friend I juz met.. I dun understand y I was so fired up at that time n we played for over an hour wif quite alot of net play till I finally understand the deep meaning of net being on the court..LOL..n it was so fun to net kill him..haha.. n whenever I got the chance when he net lifted I smashed him cukup cukup..xD that was the time where I started to perform the 2 very amateur jump smash..HAHAHA 

(not match but juz ya..rallies..lol..till my loose glasses slipped n flew to the next court.. hahaha...n at d end I had to call for a break coz my abdomen cramped..hahaha....singles game is OMFG energy burning when u met a pro..n u suddenly feel the small badminton court is like a basketball court..lol.. n i often dun understand why I m so serious..not like I m playing for Olympics or something..I juz have to hit the shuttle although it means I have to stretch my very short legs n strain them..LOL)

He : "Wow..really great game..!"

Me: "ya! great game!.. btw I m Michael" (....tired...craving for water)

Me: "so u r from Korea?" (stereotyping)

Me: "Well.. Jung is a Korean name..haha.." (Meh..simple deduction..I wanted to be Sherlock Holmes)

Well.. he doesn't look like Korean.. now I know he is Korean..I m like no wonder he is so good in badminton.. hahaha.... Lee Hyun Il..a korean badminton player for men's singles..world ranked 7th.. 

(lol..ya..stereotyping again..) like how we stereotype people from China must be good in badminton n table tennis.. hahaha.... 

but I assume no one stereotype a Malaysian must be good in Badminton..? HAHAHA.... or mayb there is.. hahaha... 

there is this amazing feeling when u can still play quite ok wif a lousy racquet.. coz ya..wif a lousy racquet i could still win a player using Yonex.. Lolol.. (I know I should be more humble hahaha.... xP ) ya.. it means.. skills wins over instrument.. Lol.. even if u use a gold-plated titanium Yonex golden string racquet that can slice shuttlecock like samurai blade..u still cannot score without good skills.. xD that was a lesson I learnt in a hard way.. LOL.. I always thought wif good racquet u can still win.. lolol... 

n of coz at the end of d day.. Attitude wins over skills.. =) dats y Lee Chong Wei is always World No.1 ! =D 

okay.. enough badminton story of my Friday night liao.. LOL..

Molds (also spelled as moulds).. yeasts.. are all around in the air..
as long as the medium u give them to grow is their food (right medium).. they can grow like no tomoro..
BUT.. when u need only a clean culture... n of course only one type of mold or yeast growing on it..
IT IS SO DIFFICULT U FEEL LIKE CURSING THIS ENTIRE FIFTH KINGDOM!!!
coz they always invite their other friends to stay at their home.. T_T fml..
of course when u finally have a clean culture.. n then u transferred them to a new home to sample them.. THEY FARKING INVITE THEIR FRIENDS AGAIN!!

I dunno how many hours I have spent on them.. how many MEA n PDA medium I have used... how many parafilms I have wasted.. how many litre of ethanol n bleach I have generously applied to the bench to sterilize..
n after all this shit.. dun forget the part where u have to identify them.. n that is another whole new pain in the ass story.. HAHA...

but one thing that made me feel so good the entire day was... lol..
the most difficult shooting ascomycetes spores on the agar plate..(u hang them on the plate lid...n then u stick the Ascomycetes face down so they shoot their spores on the plate..ya hard to explain here..juz imagining it is already so frustrating hahaha... to do it u need over 100% concentration..) With over 50% chance of getting ur plate contaminated during the process of transferring germinating spores.. hahah...
I shot 8 plates.. n 7 of them GROW PROPERLY.. YEAH! CLEAN PERFECT CULTURE.. =D
1 of them grow properly but with a mold grew at the petri dish corner.. zzZ so it is contaminated..
thought I could use it for my mold culture.. after all the hardcore work (transferring..make mount..microscope..etc) found dat it is from d same genus that I already got.. AIHZZ..fml

got praised for having the best sterilizing technique.. lolol.... (n I m not sure whether should be proud of it or not.. hahaha.... it is not like an amazing technique u can simply include in d resume.. HAHAHA)


The write-ups for these 13 fungus is due next Friday.. n everyone hasn't get their molds culture perfect yet..
what I can say is.. GOOD LUCK!!
everytime u see shit happens.. it is so depressing..frustrating.. n u feel like stabbing the scalpel to the person next to u n watch them die.. HAHAHAHA.....

Did I tell u ... we use scalpels so much during the transfer of cultures..where u need to cut a very small piece containing only an area of less dense hyphae.. it is harder then doing a bypass heart surgery..lolol..juz kidding..but really... it improves ur handling of scalpels.. xD but the tips is.. JUZ FIND A SCALPEL WIF A REALLY TINY BLADE N U R ALL SET Lol.. too bad our dissecting kit only gives us larger blades for dissecting mouse.. xD the lab only has this one tiny blade in its drawer..n only I knew it is there undercovered among all those larger scalpels (I hope).. hehehehe..... n each time after using it..I will bury it back under the heaps of large blades so anyone finding it will get cut.. LOOOL... *evil laugh* ya..n i need to go through all those everytime to get it too.. xD how stupid n silly...

I love dis course very much... dis morning.. when the lab technician suddenly said dis while I was in the lab..
